I am writing to share my recent experience with Aroma360, which has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.
After placing an order with the company, I realized immediately that I needed to cancel it. However, despite numerous attempts to reach a human operator via phone, I was unsuccessful.

Consequently, I resorted to using the chat function on their website, where I was assured that my order would be canceled by the loyalty team within 24 hours.
Fast forward 24 hours later, I received no contact from the company. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted them again using a different phone number, specifically targeting the subscription section. To my dismay, I was informed that my order could no longer be canceled, even though it was within the promised timeframe. Furthermore, I was told that I am obligated to pay for the subscription, regardless of whether I return the unused and unopened box.
This experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and misled.

The company's actions appear predatory and potentially illegal.

Despite repeatedly expressing my desire to cancel the order since its placement, I am now being coerced into paying for a product I neither want nor intend to use.
I urge other consumers to beware of such deceptive practices and to exercise caution when dealing with Aroma360. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's integrity.

Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews from their website or BBB, the 1 star reviews are the only real ones. They try to bury the real reviews with their obvious format "insert name, was so helpful and took care of my issues in a timely manner, etc.".

Do NOT fall for their lies that they just need to run a soft credit check to make sure you are eligible for their "subscription" aka HIGH INTEREST LOAN. They will not tell you it's a loan and rush you through signing so you don't read it. They also will not honor its terms when they fail to deliver on time or accurately. They refuse to let me cancel despite them failing to deliver any monthly oils for over 4 months.

Customer service is non-existent. They're disorganized, incompetent, the machines are garbage and break instantly, they lie or change what they identify as their warranties and/or grace periods, and flat out stick you with trying to purchase a brand new machine. I know there's been a news story about this company, I can't believe there aren't hundreds more.

The people need to speak up and stop this deceitful, highly unethical, business of scammers and predatory lenders! Btw, they also own "Hotel Collection", so beware of their multiple identities and stay far far away!

I absolutely love the product, but it was difficult to get a quick resolution. I obviously received a defective product to begin with, and it was very difficult to make aroma 360 aware that one month was too long to get a properly operational product.

Product is already overpriced so I decided to take advantage of the sale. The item was on sale for $209 and if you spin you get $100 off $200 purchase. But I was told that the 2 could jot be used together because the "sale" is considered a promo code. I looked for this in writing on the site and asked the rep to provide it to me as well. Was told that a supervisor would contact me which hasn't happened (not surprised). It's bad enough to charge almost 300 dollars for this item but to not honor your sales and promotions is just plain greed! Would have been a nice to have but there are certainly items that can accomplish the same goal for a much more realistic price point. I'm not getting caught up in the hype and paying this much money for an air freshner.
